Meaning in a Finite Universe - Self Realization

Once we are born in this universe, everyone has a definite purpose. Everyone has the right and reason to exist. Life is a collection of episodes that makes the longest drama. The difference is in normal life, we act without the notion that what we are doing. Life is a journey through the road of fate written by god. Every outcome of choice of the road taken is pre-determined by god but we can’t see. We can predict or assume what will be in the future but only a god has a vision that can foresee. That’s why god is always deterministic.

As you bet, we have heard someone say, “Live a meaningful life,’ or have committed that, “Let me live a meaningful life.” But have you ever wondered what is the meaning of life? The perception of life is defined by the way of life. Each and everyone will have different goals in life and in pursuit of achieving that will define their meaning. As the ultimate fate of nature of the Universe is non-deterministic and unreachable to its end, it is important to find meaning in a finite universe. The conjecture that Universe itself is impermanent is intercepted beautifully through physics(Science), philosophy and religion, and death being certain and the event being uncertain, it is worth realizing.

It is always an open question left for everyone to answer. For me, everything seems to match the above lines. I strongly agree with those lines which inspired me to write this short note. Lord Buddha suffered under the Bodhi tree in search of the truth of life and expounded that life has no true essence. It is only the duration of getting different types of sufferings driven by Karma. So, in search of the meaning of life, sacrifices and struggles were involved even to Buddha. Therefore, struggles and hard work yields success in life. It teaches us the value which corresponds to realizing the meaning of life. Success doesn’t shower so easily. It should be hard-earned with much dedication and zeal.

If things don’t turn out right at the track, one should not let it head in any direction it leads. Rather, it should be driven to the right one. The times are bad during those days but the real meaning comes only when it succeeds. In life, everything happens for a reason and there is a solution to tackle it. Things can’t be taken so for granted. If done, it will lend up somewhere where true meaning can’t be found. Let your talent realize its meaning. Discover yourself. Hope the lines from the book might have inspired you and made you stronger than before.
